Arcadia, A huge lighting company in Europe, designed this spot light and I am happy to say I will be getting them in the next month or two . I have included more info about the light below. Feel free to ask questions and I'll answer them as best as possible. Also, as of now I am one of two company's in the US selling them
The Eco-Aqua 30W LED Spotlight is a high performance LED light with a range of interchangeable lenses. The spotlight eliminates the need for cooling fans and can be clamped to the side of the aquarium, or suspended over the tank with an optional suspension kit. It is designed to be used for both Marine and Freshwater Aquariums too depending on the kelvin output you buy. The Marine White and Freshwater models use a mix of white and colored CREE XPE LEDs to provide you with the optimal light output. It also comes with a mounting arm and bracket to allow easy mounting to your aquarium frame and adjustment of the spotlight angle.
Here are the four different options that you can get them in:
The other really neat feature about these is that you can change the angle of the light beam on them
The come with different mounting methods too
Here are the PAR values for all four lights. Use the first chart to see where A, B, and C are coming from in the reading and the orange block is comparred to a 150watt Metal Halide. Also note that these PAR ratings were from a 250L tank or roughly 63 gallon aquarium.
Here are some videos of this light over a freshwater aquarium.

Re: RFE's LEDs
Another cool LED we carry is one called the Jungle Dawn made by our friend Todd w/ lightyourreptiles.com. We found that using this LED that is VERY successful growing plants is just as successful over a planted aquarium. Whats neat about this LED is that the screw into any normal socket for light bulbs, however; I would suggest putting them in a fixture that directs the light downward. These come in the different wattage too: 9, 11, and 13 watts. These work perfectly 8"-24" long and no more than 16" deep. The perfect LED for a nano tank. We also provide an mini mount for you to place these bulbs anywhere you would want. As always keep an eye out in our sponsor section for availability and pricing.

Re: RFE's LEDs
Finally I can announce we have our LED bars ready to go . These LED bars come in 33" and 44" right now and are made by my friend Todd. I love the way they look over a aquarium and the fact they are dimmable. These bars can com with a manual dimmer or you can use our automated controller which allows these to be dimmed automatically. You can also control our LED lights any where in the wordl as long as you have access to the internet and our automated system. These bars are water resistant and the cables have waterproof o ring connectors as well.
