Is this a good deal on a used regulator?

I will defer to the regulator experts here on whether this is a good regulator, but I think that this is a dual gauge, single stage regulator.

It looks like it will work, but it's not a good deal. Good deals are more like $50-$60 shipped and even then you'll need to swap it to the CO2 stem. CG-320 I believe it is.
