options for 10" cube

In the process of getting things together for a 10" office cube

Looked over a few options for filters...small canister like Rapids may work. I know Jeff was using this a while ago. Anyone else with any experience?

What about lighting. Started looking at LED options. I'm so frikkin lost - how do you determine how much light a LED is putting out? Any rule of thumb? Suggestions for a 10" cube?

Rapid LED has a "rule of thumb" - I am not sure if it is a good or a bad one - but since this is their whole business, I consider it a good start :
