C02 tanks emptied!

Post by FrannyB »

Both of my tanks emptied within days!

I bought some of that plumbers leak finder. Back to Roberts tomorrow. @&%#$ If it is the connect between the tank and the redulator, anyone have any permaseals?

If it's the connect between the soleniod and the needle valve, would it be a matter of taking them apart and adding teflon tape?

Once you go Dutch you can't stop trimming.

That stinks! If you can't find a permaseal locally, they're pretty cheap from Green Leaf:

Don't use teflon tape to seal CO2 fittings. Use plumbers dope.

So far so good. I really, really cranked down on the regulator this time. Showing no leaks. I used the 10lb bottle instead of the 20 this time.

Reactor is only half full. Better turn down the bubble rate.

As long as I have been in this club...I should be over all this crap by now. :D
