75gal Aquarium

Post by Chris »

Does anyone know where I can buy a NEW 75gal tank for cheap? I've heard of stores having dollar/gallon sales but don't know who has those sales or when they are. Thanks!

I would try Craig's list and maybe set a search on eBay. In your area up there, you can probably find them fairly easy.

Did you try calling Just Pets in Reston? They're closing and everything is discounted....

There's a great sale going on at House of Tropics in Glen Burnie. 75G was going for about $120.00, 90G for about $190.00 which is very good. They had the same size tanks with O.F. predrilled as well, if you're looking for that. Give them a call 410-761-1113. They open up around 10AM

Try Super Pets in Annandale. They have been having some really great sales on new tanks lately.

I think House of Tropicals has the 75 with black rim for around 100, and the oak rim for 125 at the moment, was just there earlier this week and i'm pretty sure thats what they were listed at.

Awesome! :D I just called House of Tropicals and held a black trimmed tank for $99.98! It's a bit of a drive from Alexandria but the store looks pretty cool on-line. Thanks everyone!

Congrats! Check out their fish section. Lots of common stuff, but if you pay attention, there's often oddball catfish/cories or apistos that aren't in other stores... Sometimes not always labeled though...

Glad you got it! The place is ran by 2 brothers, Mike & Mark. They're pretty helpful. They have some pretty fancy plecos there, and they have some on sale.
