UV sterilizer avice needed

Just before I go ahead and buy this thing :

Can anyone give me any advice on it ? Maybe there is a better choice out there I should be aware of.

I will buy a light fixture from them ( thanks to Dave's recommendation) so I said to combine it in the order ( does not seem too expensive and will save on shipping ).

Only concern I would have would be replacement bulbs....make sure you find a stable source for the bulbs before you order it. Catalina doesnt appear to offer a 13W UV bulb.
