tank safe?

Post by halak »

I just got a 75 gallon tank from Scales. When I brought it home, I noticed that one of the sides where the two side panels are glued together don't match up. The glass panels don't come together exactly at the corner; one is sticking out a bit. The difference is in the top section. The biggest difference is about 2 millimeters. Should I worry and return the tank, or will it be okay?

if it's brand new, why not take it back and save the worry?

I would exchange it; especially since you live in an apartment. It might be nothing. If anything the next tank might look nicer.

I have exchanged it. When I took it back, the guy said it was a crappy tank.
