All-glass 2x55W died. My options?

A+ folks there. I need to get a single bulb - have been trying to find it
locally but no luck yet.

Well... I got the 2x55W bright kit last night. In a couple of hours, I managed to retrofit my all-glass PC strip, reusing most of mounts in the existing fixture. Of course, it dawn on me until the end to take any pictures, so maybe I'll take it back apart, and write an article reassembling. (No promises!) Anyways, it's up and running now, and was a pretty easy project for a novice at electrical projects.

At least I hope it's not burning down my house right now.

Did you notice a difference in the intensity of the light?

Right off, it looked brighter, but I finished the assembly after my lights normally are turned off, so I didn't get to compare the new fixture against my other all-glass strip. (I was too busy watching the Office. ) I'll compare the two tonight.

I just noticed that two of my four bulbs are not on in the 72'' light fixture above my 125. I changed the bulbs around, and they are fine. There is one switch for each pair of bulbs. Are there two ballasts in the fixture and one of them is bad, so I would probably need to replace it? If there is only one ballast, what could be wrong? Today I cannot take it apart, but I will do that tomorrow.

Check for corrosion around the pins and contacts, check the starter. Starters go bad all the time.
