Has anyone heard of this nerite-like algae eating snail? If so, has anyone seen it for sale?
I saw some in a fish store near where I am now in Europe.

Any info on them available in the fish store ? There is little info out there , except for some pictures. They look pretty nice.

Their description is the same as nerites'; they eat algae and nobody has bred them. Also, they are 2-3 cm.

Rachel would be the one to ask.... she loves her inverts!
It is not murder if you're killing snails.

I don't know if that is enough. I love inverts but asking me would not yield a lot of information!

Yeah, don't we all! But Rach loves them as in they are part of her livelihood
Here's her response:
"Those are called turtle snails as well. I have brought them in before. They do well in planted tanks"
So if that helps anyone, there you go!
