When you're not looking...

Post by DonkeyFish »

You might come home to find gibba has overtaken the roots to your beautiful HC carpet. And claddo engulfs your fissidens. Upside? I found baby shrimp... LOL
Who knew gibba was so boyant? Okok, so it didn't really happen *overnight*... but the floating mat did! (Please excuse the cell phone pics, you'll still get the gist though)

It is not murder if you're killing snails.

Believe me. It is all going straight in the trash. What's funny is that tank is completely independent of the others, I bought the HC online (grrr!), soil was brand new and fissidens came straight from an auction. I am just glad it's only a nano and not one of my other tanks!
