The new growth on one of my Downoi stems is white?!?!

This is the only plant that is doing this in my tank

GH 8-9
PH 6.4
I have read that it is a Calcium deficiency or maybe iron
I add iron about 3-5ml of iron weekly
6-8ml of Flourish
And about 1/2 tsp CACL2 at water change
Everything else is thriving and has good color except this one stem the other downoi is fine.
