Anubias Flower - Now What?

Post by kell »

It appears that my anubias has produced one flower with another on the way. My question is, what happens next? Does the flower wilt and then I trim it off? Any advice for the newbie?

Thanks,
Jim

Nice flower! It'll last for awhile. Cut it off whenever you want, I don't think it makes much of a difference.

Thanks for the replies. I'll take another picture when (if?) the second flower emerges; hopefully they'll be blooming (?) concurrent with each other.

I was away on business this week - I think I missed the "peak" bloom of the second flower. Here's a picture of the flowers as they currently are.
