The flower opened completely overnight:
Sorry for the slightly out of focus shot (get your dramamine, Sean ), but my point and shoot doesn't do macro autofocus very well.
Is there anything interesting about the flower that might help us understand from which species Gasser hybridized this? Other than enjoy its beauty, is there anything I can or should do to preserve this?
And is this a flower or an inflorescence (it looks like there are male and female parts to the flower - I don't remember seeing the lower parts of the flower on the other anubias we had that flowered, but then again, maybe it didn't open up enough)?
Has anyone ever flowered anubias sp. 'Gasser'?
