i have hygrophila polisperma, guppy grass and mini water lettuce. there are also some vallisnerias here and there... any comments appreciated! if you know of other common (or not so common) plants let us all know

ok, we all have heard at least a few times that duck weed is eatable, can be cooked in a soup and probably many different ways, but how about other common plants? i have a few easy plants that most or noone is interested on because they are common...so instead of trashing it i want to know if it would be safe to feed my turtles with... i have hygrophila polisperma, guppy grass and mini water lettuce. there are also some vallisnerias here and there... any comments appreciated! if you know of other common (or not so common) plants let us all know
