Cryptocoryne spiralis - ready for transplant?

Post by dSerk »

My spiralis has put up some daughter plants, and I'd like to get rid of them, but I'm not sure they're, um, ripe.

The taller is about 7-8" and the smaller is about 4-5". How much rhizome should you cut? How big should it be before you should transplant?

Just sever the runner between the mother and daughter plants, sorta like an umbilical cord, rest should be good to go.
