plant id?

I'm not sure what this plant is. It has little spoon type leaves and it grows with runners and is very small.

I plucked it out of my aquarium to put into these tumblers, thinking it was ranalisma rostrata ( the elusive ranalisma rostrata) : 0

I think it is Ranalisma rostrata with emersed form leaves.
