New NANO tank setup

Post by plant57va »

Hi there:
I got this tank from Nick, actually bought it a long time ago... was only able to acquire it recently (thanks Arlene and Nick)
anyhow.... set it up this morning...
gonna take a bit to get it going but this is what is in it so far.....

Shrimp?
I have blues ? (I think) but you said they wouldn't be seen in it.
Crystals ( I think I have about 5)
I do have a couple yellows
Reds (from imperial tropicals, they are the supposedly good reds but as I haven't culled like you did they are not as red.
I do have some chili rasboras?
Could put a couple Cory Hastatus in there.
What do you think.......

Need to put a small heater on it and get a timer for the light. (It is a 4tube fluo. 27 watt 6500k)
Light stand came with it.
I put my mini C02 unit on it also.

Plants are
Crypt spiralis
Crypt bassi
Crypt Nuria penang mutated
Micranthum tweediei
Blepharostoma trichophyllum (rose moss)
Anubias Nana petite
Rotana
Blyxa japonica
Crypt parva
Dwarf sag
Bucephalandra's blue devil
Bucephalandra's Metallica

Lot of different plants but all are very small so not over planted by any means.

Seiru rock
Spider wood
