The Bee Shrimp I found at Aquarium Center. The snowball shrimp I sourced from a guy on Aquabid about a year ago. If you go to AC they have the Bumblebee and Bee shrimp together, but they are different. Bee shrimp have white heads, orangish rostrums and tails and four white dots on the top of their tails. Bumblebee shrimp have dark brown heads w/ white bands.

I wish we had a place like that down here. Retailers can't see beyonf the profits of salt water to worry about freshwater, but I am winning a slow victory at my pet shop. They are finding they can make money in both.

The only problem with retailers is that the shrimp are imported. Whenever I get shrimp from a hobbyist online I always make sure they are bred by them and I almost always have little to no die off. I had to get Bee shrimp from AC a few times before I had enough survivors to get things going finally.

Has anyone ever purchased from Frank's Aquarium?

http://www.franksaquarium.com

He has some very unusual FW shrimp and I'm interested in his Caridina gracilirostris for my New Guinea tanks. When he gets them in stock again he's going to give me a shout so we can work out some bulk pricing. Looks like I'm going to need quite a few :D

Yes, I believe Ghazanfar has ordered from Frank a couple times and has been pleased.

I did Frank's also, but it has been a while. No problems. He won't do winter shipments, but that is no big deal to me.
