July and August Meetings

In July, there is no meeting due to the Cichlid Convention (http://www.ccadoesaca.com/aca.html).

In August, we will have tank tours for which we need volunteers to show off their tanks. Let us know if you are willing to be a tank tour host. Food is not required from the hosts. The tank tours will take place on Saturday, 8/27.

The tank tours are a good opportunity for those with homes too small to host a full meeting to show off their tanks. It'll also be nice for the rest of us to see some tanks that we wouldn't otherwise see.

I'm sorry to see the July meeting cancelled. I was hoping that it would just be moved to the 30th.

I, personally, would love to see the July meeting rescheduled. I think it would be good to see I either Kris Ghazanfar revisit the topic of how to trim plants since some people have already started planting their tanks and they are filling in.

how will the tank tours work? carpools or each individual uses their own car or do we have a bus ?

There is no bus; carpooling is encouraged.

Good times. There seemed to be about 50% level of interest in having a July meeting at Christy's on July 30.
