13W CFs from Planet Bulb?

Has anyone ever bought from Planet Bulb before? I was looking around for replacement bulbs for my 2x13W Catalina fixture and stumbled across this site. They are selling 13W Duo-Tube GX23 Base for $1.59 each. That sounds crazy cheap to me. They aren't offering 10000K, but show a number of color temps 6500K and under.

Also, is GX23 the right type of CF bulb for our Nano fixtures?

GX23 is the right type... I haven't ordered from Planet Bulb before, but the price isn't that crazy. We always ordered $1.99 bulbs from here for the contest:
