GWAPA Survey for 2008 - Your input is appreciated
GWAPA Survey for 2008 - Your input is appreciated
As I've mentioned at the last couple meetings, the board is interested in garnering the opinion of our membership about how the club is perceived, with the hope of making 2008 the best year yet. We're interested to know what you liked, disliked, and what you're interested in for the upcoming year.
I know it's a busy time of year, but if you can take 5-10 minutes to give us your input, the board will take all of the information into consideration when we meet in January to flesh out our plans for 2008.
This is your opportunity to help shape the direction of the club. Please be honest.
The survey can be found at the following URL:

Thanks in advance!

Sorry, tried, but I will not fit into any of the categories on Question 3 - I did high tech and it is not me. I would shut down the tanks before accepting any association with the rather shaky theories and extrapolations of Ste. Diana, so the otherwise completed form is not accepted.
Perhaps "none of the above" could have been an option there and elsewhere, with an explanation block below?

I prune when the plants curl over at the water line and that is prety close to it.Ghazanfar Ghori wrote:Aw comon Other Jeff - you know you want to prune!
I dont mind pruning as much but I know that when I prune, I will decide that I need to move plants and then I will tear down the tank and move everything around and that is just bad.

It might be helpful to post what plants people are bringing to the auction to sell. This would give the rest of us a chance to research the plants that we are unfamiliar with before the monthly meeting. At the last meeting, it was helpful when Kris showed us pictures of the plants being auctioned.

nah we can just get him to bring up top growth pics of it so we know what we can strive for!
Anytime i bring anything it is usually me just plucking and/or trimming to guess what I am tired of seeing).
i.e. the 55 is full of naja grass again and I will be bringing a bunch to PVAS again.
