Here are the areas where we need some people so far

We need people to:

for the auction-runners, plant/equipment dontations

sit at the GWAPA table between speakers to had out GWAPA flyers, cards, answer questions about the club

Help out at the planted tank demo also donations for the tank

Sign up early and often! :)

I'll help bag plants, will take one stint at the table, and we'll see what plants or such I have to donate. :)

I'll be there to help bag plants Sat night. If I can take off work Sunday, I'll certainly help as needed.

Runners can bid like everyone else. Even the auctioneer can bid. Runners are special because get to see the items up close during the auction.

btw, have auctioneers been invited yet? You'll need 2 at minimum, preferably 3 or 4 so that none get worn out.

sign me up as a runner for the auction on Sunday.

I doubt that I will have any plants for the tank, I just did a heavy cleanout.

I'll be a runner. That is really the way to get a good look at auction items, as Christy said.

Hmmm, does signing up as a runner mean an all day running gig?

We'll preferably need folks to commit to be at the auction for the duration, but if we get enough people, I'm sure there will be room for breaks. You won't have to literally run, so don't start training. ;-)
