Thanks for the reports guys -- I'll add it to my list of things to look at. I see it too.

What's the purpose of the "Friends" and "Foes" feature?

Can I declare BBA to be my "Foe"?

tnx

You know, honestly, I haven't read up on it. It's an out-of-the-box feature in the new phpBB version... Feel free to see what damage you can do with it! :-p

Also, I suspect that the Tapatalk plugin is the source of the problem people are seeing on the index page where it appears that there's a new post when there isn't. I'm still investigating, however...

When I log on, the highleted posts in red appear to be new, but aren't. I just hit 'view new posts' and ignore the board index.

Once you go Dutch you can't stop trimming.

Turns out "Foes" is an ignore function.

I do that too, but it doesn't see to catch them all. Sometimes, I happen upon one that I didn't see earlier.

Anyone else notice that Bing(bot) and Google(bot) seem to be always logged on? Never noticed that before.

Yep, they've been there since the new upgrade. I figured they are some sort of indexing thing.

Yeah, they seem to constantly be spidering. I guess we have some good content in this forum!

Kris I often go to the bottom of the page to look at birthdays and new members, it seems the last couple new members I have checked on have strange websites attached to their gwapa accounts and have made no posts, I just thought you might want to look into it, the latest new member has a site for perscription drugs without a perscription and is from spain.
Sincerely,
Tim
