I just got off the phone with Andrew.

There will be 6 workshops. The crowd will be asked to split into 6 groups of equal size and will rotate from workshop to workshop so we'll be giving the same 15-16 minute spiel 6 times in a row.

He thought it we were there around 7:00 p.m. that should be enough time to setup. I thought we might even shoot for 6:30 p.m.

The table we'll have will be a regular sized folding table.

Aaron, I actually meant are you bringing a little tank for your GWAPA table. A 2.5 gallon would be great. I'll pack extension cords if you guys want.... :-) No pressure though, lol.

Seriously! SOMEBODY should bring a tank or two....there's got to be at least a couple good ones floating around with that whole "nano contest" thing ;) There's GOT to be some way to get power, not like we'll be outside or anything. Would make SUCH a difference to people walking by!!

Nobody would be inspired by the state of my 2.5 gallon tank right now. ;)

Anyone who is willing to bring it for the weekend would be welcome to. I'm sure we could get power to it, I'd just have to let Andrew know.

correction, i think mine is a 2.5...empty, holding two co2 tubes, i have dividers for it...if you want to try different set ups in each little piece (if you can) but really, i know my co2 bottles are not going to tilt this weekend, right?

Aaron, mine is no prize winner, but it is pretty solidly carpeted and would probably travel decently. If you want to try ot use it, you are welcome to it. Algae is even 90% gone, just some small puffs on the rocks. ;)

I can offer mine too. Should travel fine, maybe a little touch-up once we get there. Shouldn't prove to be a challenge for the expert at our table ;)

Mine looks ok, too. Just needs a trim. No fish, filter or co2 for the last few weeks and it's doing fine.
