Thanks Kris! But dont talk me up to much, I dont want folks to be disappointed by my algae covered plants and neglected tanks!
krisw wrote:Don't forget, some things are worth the effort. For the talk, Cavan will actually be able to make it, so he and I will jointly present on native plants and our collecting adventures. Plus, Jeff's won lots of GWAPA aquascaping contests, and has had his tanks featured on APC -- it's always a treat to see top-notch 'scapes up close.

Well that was your first mistake. For the love of Pete, never EVER EVER EVER take 66 under any circumstances, at any time of day unless there really is no possible other way to go. Even if it means going 20 miles out of the way ;)

Exactly what kind of 'trip' are we talking about here?

I know it's a little late to be asking, but does anyone have any interest in Jewel Cichlids (Hemichromis guttatus)? I've got a ton of the little buggers, they put guppies to shame in the frequency of their breeding. I have around 15 or so juvies, some as large as 2.5" or so, which have themselves already spawned, and which are colored up nicely.

I'll be there, but pretty late. After 3pm probably. I can bring some plants for auction, if it is still going on by then. Otherwise, I'll just be bringing shrimp & hairgrass for Aaron and just shrimp for Ghazanfar.

Does anybody know when the auction typically ends?
