The original ByLaws didn't have any term limited defined. I know that for
a fact. The term limit point was brought up a couple of years ago but it never
made it into the ByLaws. So from that perspective - Sean is ok to run for
Treasurer again and I'll run for the President.
That said - we need a ratified copy of the ByLaws for GWAPA.

Original Bylaws
Attached are more or less the original bylaws. I sent this to Alysoun, who wordsmithed a bit, and they were voted on and accepted. I don't recall any significant change from this document.
