Donations to AGA / Amanos demo

Post by Ghazanfar Ghori »

As most of you know, Takashi Amano will be at the AGA convention this year. He'll be aquascaping a 90P as part of his talk and for that he requested a bunch of plants to be used in the demo. A few folks have been given the reponsibility to gather these plants but due to the hurricane and other reasons, some of plants from the list still have not been collected.

If you have any of these plants, and are willing to donate them, please contact me and I'll give you further details. The one caveat is that we're looking for submersed growth and for stems plants, stems around 9-12" long.

C. petchii
Blyxa novoguinensis
taxiphillum barbieri
Rotala green (I have this covered)
Myrophillum matogrosense
Rotala spp. ceylon
narrow leaf JF

Thanks

I used to have Rotala sp. 'Ceylon'. Contact Roy Deki. He might still have it.

Is Blyxa novoguinensis the same thing as Blyxa japonica? I seem to remember that Blyxa novoguinensis was a false name. If so, I can send some of that, just let me know.
