That "Mini Mountian" entry looks nice!

I'm amazed at the number of entries.

Congrats to Aaron and Jason on their great entries too!

Cheers.

And "Open"

Are there any other GWAPA member entries I missed?

Theirs look great too. I just got a little too excited about the number of small tanks. Smallest seems to be the in thing lately. I should have entered my 400 ml Crypt. vase  .

I'm actually a little disappointed in the biotope category. Jeff had plants inappropriate for the biotope but he still won 1st prize?!?! How's THAT work? Same for the 2nd place Hawaiian guppies.

The Australian rainbow biotope was much better.

Cheers.

Yeah, the biotope category has always been a problem for them. I don't agree with a lot of the winners, but I believe it's been explained to me before that the judges independently score each tank, and then the highest scored tanks get the prizes. So, it's possible for a judge to rank a tank very low, and still have it place if other judges really liked it, as opposed to a tank that unanimously ranked mid to high by everyone.
