Meeting Notes

As most of you know, brief summaries of our meetings are posted on the GWAPA web site. You can find links to them here http://gwapa.org/wordpress/category/meeting-notes/. I am the one presently writing most of those meeting summaries. I would like to know how they could be changed to make them more useful to you, the members. Would you like more photos, fewer photos, more photos of people, more photos of tanks, or what? Would you prefer longer, more detailed write ups of the presentations, or shorter ones? Is there anything that is not usually in the notes that you think should be added? In short, how could they be improved?

Thanks. I enjoy the meeting notes if I can't make the meeting. For January, is it possible that we can see Cavan's presentation? Could his powerpoint be posted with the meeting notes?

Linus, that's up to any of the individual speakers. Regardless, we cannot post any of the presentations in a publicly accessible area. GWAPA has actually be pursued by copyright trolls in the past due to a posted presentation containing an innocuous image that the presenter pulled from the internet without permission. So, if we do post, it would need to be in a members-only forum area.

John I think I speak for everyone, when I say that the meeting notes are the best ones ever. I wouldn't change a thing.

I would like the list of meeting notes to be more descriptive than just a date. It would be very helpful to include the host, speaker and topic to make info easy to find.
