What are you bringing?

I have an oranda goldfish who needs a new home. It's all orange and in great shape, however it seems lonely since its friend died last year. Yes, I said a goldfish is lonely. I would have called you crazy if you told me that before now. Anyway, I don't have the space for them and I'd like it to have a good home.

I'm planning to be there (two in a row!). I'm getting ready to change over my tank to a riparium setup, so I'm looking for:
1) plants that will work as above-waterline riparium plants
2) mid-height stuff that will grow well in high-co2, high nutrient, but relatively low light situation
3) moss that is or acts like willow moss (fontinalis antipyretica)

If anyone out there is interested in regular java fern or anubias, let me know.

Sam, I'm interested in regular anubias, I have plenty of petite. BTW anubias can be grown out of the water.

Really? I pulled some out of a tank once, glued them to rocks and forgot to put them back in. Shriveled up within 5-6 hours and didn't come back. Do you have to let them emerge on their own?

Sam, they need very high humidity during transition. Daily Misting is advisable for at least a couple weeks. I like to transition mine in a small plastic box. They can live for months with no maintenance and ambient light from a window.

or if you don't want to do the box thing.... you can put a lightweight plastic bag over the leaves, like a mini greenhouse, just keep the feet wet.... the plant will create it's own moisture in there.
