October meeting
October meeting
Hi every one, I was thinking about making either clam chowder or pulled pork and cole slaw for the meeting. Which one would people prefer?

Pulled pork.
Re: October meeting
In case anyone is wondering the October meeting will be at my house. 815 w Maple Ave. Sterling 20164. I am sure it will be on the forum soon. There is plenty of parking, just look for the GWAPA sign, park on either side of the street.

Either would be fine; however, clam chowder is one of my favorites and is seldom offered. So I vote for clam chowder as step away from the norm.

Cole slaw...
There's an intern at my workplace who is setting up a low, low tech tank. I've given him some clippings of some easier stuff. Can anyone spare some Java fern, water sprite, etc? They don't pay him much. Thanks in advance.

Hi e1,
Kay and I will drive out to visit. Sorry for the late notice.
We will bring a Moroccan carrot side dish I think will go well with the pulled pork. It's something Cavan might like.
Cavan, I can also bring Christmas moss and/or Endler's Livebearers, if you think the intern would be interested.
