1. We suggest that you include large portions of plants for easy-to-grow or common plants.
2. For difficult to grow or new/rare plants, a couple stems is acceptable.
3. Make sure the following is written legibly or labeled on every bag:
- a. Your name
b. Plant name
c. Bag price
d. Optionally: Description of plant, requirements, photo, etc.
5. All plants need to be logged in computer, so bring a sheet listing seller name, plant name, and price so we can log it ahead of time.
6. All bags not sold by 3:00pm time may be sold or given away at any price to move them.
7. For all bags, GWAPA keeps first $2, and takes 25% of proceeds after that. Buyer takes 75%. (Same as club auction split)
8. Seller may come back and pickup unsold bags at any time during the day. We encourage most sales to be plants, but we will allow some plant-related dry goods. Any equipment must be in perfect working condition, and include written description of age, use, etc.
