John,
I am bringing a disposable bowl for the pasta salad, so if you had a serving spoon that would be great and mean I don't have to worry about remembering to bring anything home.

If you are talking about the Orzo Salad here is the recipe. I found it on the internet. I thought it could use a bit more salt:ddavila06 wrote:whomever made the pasta ...man! that was the best pasta i have eaten in a looong time!!! please post ur recipe!

Ingredients
• 5 cups cooked orzo
• 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
• 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1 medium red onion, small diced
• 20 pitted kalamata olives, cut into quarters
• 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts (give or take), cut into eighths
• 1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 large lemon, halved
• 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 3 or 4 ounces reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
Procedures
1. To a large mixing bowl, add orzo, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, artichoke hearts, and parsley. Stir to combine.
2. Pour olive oil into orzo mixture. Juice the entire lemon into the same bowl. Add salt and grind pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine. Add feta. Stir again. Serve cold or at room temperature.

John a big thanks to you and your wife for being such gracious hosts, I have a really good time and enjoyed the food, new friends, and plant geek stuff too. I really liked your tanks but didn't get a chance to ask you about them, but the center tank down stairs had the biggest Crypts I've ever seen and I wanted to ask what kind it was.
Thanks to all for the really good food, everything was great.

Many thanks to John and his wife for hosting yesterday. I had a great time as always, and it was good to see everyone again as well as the new (to me) faces. Looking forward to a new year.
Cheers.
