So what's the headcount?

Cheers.

We have 16 signed up as of right about now. So - only 4 spots remaining.
I don't know if this includes the folks who were on the 'waiting list' of non-GWAPA people which Carol was maintaining. We still have a few months to go before the event, so I imagine we'll fill up to capacity very soon.

Ghazanfar, if you're basing the head count on respondents here on the forum, add one more to the list - Amy is signed up. I decided not to signup, since we thought it would be selfish for both of us to go, given the limited seating. But I'm very excited to learn more about this - in fact, I'm considering ordering some TC kits before the workshop so we can play around ahead of time.

I actually checked w/ Dr. Carol - the headcount is based on folks who paid up via the link I posted.

...and go ahead and sign up - be selfish. GWAPA gets first shot at this
and I think anyone who's interested from GWAPA has already signed up
and we still have a few seats available.

It is not selfish to want to do something fun. I am thinking "Little Shop of Horrors". I could create a bloodthirsty Utricularia. I can hear it now Feed Me Seymour. Feed Me!

Mary and I went by Mike Szesze greenhouse in Rockville. What a nice place! We had a really good time and got some great plants. I got a variety of Utrics with large leaves and large aquatic bladders. Trying to grow it out now.

I got an email a while back from the KTC folks that said a package including a video was sent out to our group leader. We're supposed to watch the video and review material before the workshop. Has anyone received the material? Who's the group leader?

I got a DVD, but I believe that was only because I signed up and became a KTC member. Of course, I haven't gotten a chance to pop in the DVD yet though.

Same here - we got the DVD because we signed up as members. We have watched it, and it gives a good overview of the process. Anyone in the Catonsville area that wants to borrow ours is welcome to.
