Here here, thanks so much for inviting us into your home and you home, family, and tanks were all lovely, not to mention the cat.
I also thought the lettuce wraps were very good.

LOL! They were not very difficult to make! It's all in the brand of sauce.
One large boneless pork shoulder
Two heads of Hydroponically grown Bibb lettuce
Three bottles of Wegman's Asian BBQ sauce
Coat bottom of a crock pot with one bottle of BBQ sauce and cook until meat falls apart (about 8 to 10 hours).
Strain fat from meat and sauce in crock pot (all the yummy juices are in here)
Shred meat
Add two remaining bottles of BBQ sauce
Chop up Scallions and cilantro
Put wraps together.
Arlene
There are no happy endings.
Endings are the saddest part.
So just give me a happy middle
And a very happy start.

Re: April meeting
Wegman's Asian BBQ sauce is the key and a day on the smoker for the pork shoulder should work, I thought they were a great idea and a better way to eat BBQ without the big ole bun.
Sincerely,

Sorry I missed this moths meeting. My son had a belt test for Tae Kwon Do.
Re: April meeting
FYI-The plant that I posted pictures of and Aaron wanted so badly is Rotala sp. 'Vietnam' as Aaron identified it. This is an even more valuable plant, and since I already sent some to him, now he is looking for a part-time job just to be able to pay me for it.

Do you put the crock pot on High or Low or Automatic Shift? I'm putting the meat on before I leave for today's GWAPA mtg.
