well guess I will toss the naja in a bag and see if it sells again if you are bringing a few pounds of it.

I'm going to have some rotala "pink", too, btw, stuff has gotten out of control in my 26g. Whatever we don't use to scape will get thrown in the auction.

I'm not gonna make it to Aquafest as I am still in Hungary. However, if you want naja grass, you can get it from my in-laws' pond.

Ok so what is the current plant donation list and what is still "needed"?

I dont think we really want 20 of the same plant in a single tank solo.

Well, actually, for stems, we do want as many as we can get. When we're planting our own tanks, it's okay to plant sparsely because we can visualize what it's going to grow into. In a demonstration, you want tall stems and lots of them to try and come as close as possible to what it'll look like when it does grow in. You want the ohh-ahh effect. As for the list, just look back in this thread, and you'll see what people are offering. We're also ordering some bread and butter plants that the club will put in the auction. If we need to, we'll use some of those. I think Ghazanfar and I have hardscape covered. So, the bigger variety of plants, the better.

Actually, I think we're leaning toward raffling it off, so all you'll need is a ticket and some luck. :-)

Wouldnt auctioning it make more money for the club?
