I don't think the kitchen culture is going to mass produce plants. I do think that seeing the plants go from tiny specks to little spiky specks to having roots and leaves would be interesting. I think the failure rate would be high. The system use your microwave to sterlize the culture and plastic covered cardboard box as your hood. Looks interesting, check out the website for more info. If there is enough interest we could do a study group. I was thinking to have this as a workshop at the AGA as well.
