June Meeting

Not much activity going on about Saturday's meeting, so I thought that I would start a thread about it.

So, what are you guys plants and food are you bringing???

Not sure about plants yet, but I was thinking a caprése salad and some shrimp eggrolls.

I love your caprése salad Arlene. I will bring some Japchae (Korean stir-fried noodles). I'll make some with meat and some vegan for our speaker.

As far as plants go I will be bringing Staurogyne repens, anubias nana petite, and mini pellia.

I won't be able to make it to this month's meeting, nor next month's. Hopefully I'll be able to meet folks in August.

Would the membership at large approve of finishing watching the Soccer game (which ends at 2 pm) and then start the official presentation of the meeting ?

All are welcome to join us to watch. Game starts at 12:00 noon.

Ohh and btw, its a 135 inch screen.

I enjoyed Cavan's short but sweet presentation of the Bocopa species. I learned a lot!

And of course this month's food was awesome, especially Nick's noodles and the super yummy cupcakes that Doug brought!
