Judi -
Cheryl says everybody must be tired of my cobblers by now so she wants to make a holiday dessert and wants to bring an English Triffle - so who am I to argue - she makes it instead of me making it AND - I would rather have Triffle any day of the week over my cobbleer's - so please change my cobbler to a Triffle -
Thanks
George

Re: Next meeting: Dec. 1 POTLUCK (updated first post)
Are you shopping for your Thanksgiving feast today or tomorrow? Don't forget to plan for what you want to bring to the GWAPA potluck on Sunday!
Don't know what you want to bring, or don't want to cook? No problem! Just plan to pick something up on Sunday on your way to the meeting!
Here's what we have so far:
Cheese platter
Thai Pumpkin Soup
Ham
Swedish meatballs
Lemon chicken with potatoes
Roasted veggies
Sweet Potato Spoon Bread
cranberry relish
vegan friendly dish
chocolate chip cookies
English trifle
vegan dessert
30 Layer Crepe Cake
some sodas
Anyone want to bring some veggies and dip? Some other sort of appetizer or side dish? How about some bread or rolls? Perhaps some more drinks?
Don't feel limited to the above suggestions --really, anything would be welcome.
See you on Sunday.

I'll bring a variety of veggies and dips, and enough ice for 25 people.

OK everybody, today's the day! If you haven't signed up to bring something, then just surprise us with whatever you throw together this morning or pick up at the store on the way. (If it makes you feel any better, yours truly still hasn't decided whether she's going to get it together enough to bake something, or if she's paying a visit to Giant on the way.)

Ugh....ok, I suck. I've got to bail on y'all. I've been sick all week, and though I'm feeling a smidge better today....I'm going to continue to lay low at home.
