The North American Discus Association is hosting its inaugural national convention in Irving, TX June 10-13, 2010. Only Discus? What about pole vault or shot put? I thought this was a plant forum.. not sports!

You mean me, or Kris? Ha, you wouldn't catch me dead in Texas in the summer time. Or maybe you would - it's HOT!

Besides, I like to blow my vacation time on astronomy-related trips, and if I want to hear Discus Hans talk about his fish, I can drive 45 minutes to his shop! (Which I may well be doing after Christmas :)
