Did you grab our bags of plants by accident?

Post by chris_todd »

When we went to leave the meeting tonight, we couldn't find our two bags of plants we bought in the auction. We think someone else may have picked them up by mistake. There were two Giant grocery bags (tan plastic), and we think we had placed them near the front door. (Though it is also possible we simply misplaced them, and they are still at Michael's house)

I don't remember everything that was in there, but here are some of the things you'll find:
peacock moss
hygrophila difformis variegated
crypt moehlemannii
crypt balansae
crypt pontederiifolia
bacopa caroliniana
10 cherry shrimp
lobelia cardinalia
some of that rotala that was so prevalent
two bags of ludwigia Jen gave us
and several other bags of stuff I can't remember

If you could be so kind as to look through what you brought home and see if you might have grabbed ours by mistake, I'd appreciate it. You can PM me, or email me at christopher.todd@gmail.com or call me at 410-744-2439.

Thanks,
Chris Todd

Thankfully, it was Marge that accidentally picked up our bags, who lives just around the corner. Glad I didn't have to drive all the way back to Northern Virginia in this weather! :)

Nice stuff. Wish I had grabbed your bag. You might not want to come to NC to get it. I'd grow it out for you :-)

Jen has proven her that she can grow Ludwigia arcuata. She needs to switch to Rotala macrandra ASAP.

There is nothing wrong with Ludwigia. It is easy, fills out a nice bag at the auction and I don't feel bad if I have to throw it away.

I don't know what happened. I think I had a Ludwigia explosion in my tanks. Seriously.

And I've got a Rotala explosion right on its heels... except I had moved most of it to my low-medium light grow out which is making it more manageable (sorta) :D

I still swear there is something in my water. EVERYTHING I keep breeds, plants go nuts... it's almost silly.
It is not murder if you're killing snails.

It must be a terrible curse to bear.

Your sunset hygro, BTW, looks great in our 20 high! Thanks again!
