Bob Bock is our speaker this month, and will be talking about native fishes (focusing on sunfish and how they compare with cichlids, and which can be kept in our planted tanks). This month's meeting will again be at the Park Police Headquarters in Silver Spring, MD.
Bob has also offered to lead a fish collecting trip sometime this summer, so be sure to come learn what's out there before we schedule that trip. Based on forum interest, I'm hoping this will be one of our best turnouts yet.
More info and directions can be found here:

Please post here if you plan on attending so that we can figure out how much food to have at the meeting.
June 28th Meeting
I'll be there.
I have a ton of plants that need trimming. Unsure how much I should bring, and i is getting hot to ship for inline forums, but some of:
Hygro Corymbosa Stricta
Hygro Corymbosa Angustifolia
Hygro sp. Bold
Pogostemon stellatus
HC, Hemianthus Caalichatroides
Myriophyllum Matagrossense
And Francisco better be showing , because he asked for crypts last meeting, so some of...
C. Pontediferolia
C. Beckettii
C. Willissii
C. Balansae
C. Wendtii "Green Gecko"
Not positive what all of which yet, but at least a few from each list.
Possibly some plantlets of Echinodorus Midifleur, maybe one of the best swords I've ever kept - it actually stays small enough to be in a normal size tank!
