Is it just me, or is pvas.com not available? Trying to renew and pay my dues, but it's not cooperating.

I had nothing to do with what happened last year. This year I am the webmaster. I was lead to believe that the domain had been transferred to a new company when it wasn't. It's beeing handled now and should be back up within a week.
