There's actually an easier way to do this in PS with only one layer as well, but I don't have it installed on this machine yet, so I'll have to give you the details later.

The pictures do NOT do them justice. The red is non-reflective, but amazingly bright! It litterally does look like someone painted these guys. The tails don't show up real well in the pictures either. This is an amazing batch of fish! Nice score.
