I think any fish with a lateral line can get 'Hole in the Head'. Lots of marine fish suffer from this.

You need the adapter that fits your camera and then the add-on lenses just screw in. In theory any 58mm add-on lens will thread onto the adapter. Keep in mind that you lose image quality with every add-on lens. Usually the more expensive lenses show less loss.
