Re: 2019 AGA Contest is open!

Not actually that worried about algae, I just like shrimp... which totally will not survive the puffers. When I first got the puffers I had cycled their tank ahead of time with like 200+ snails... they murdered them all within 8 hours. I've seen photos of schoutedeni puffers feeding on frozen bloodw...

Re: 2019 AGA Contest is open!

Ahhh well it does say they will allow a few shrimp or fish for algae control that are not endemic in the rules... though I have serious doubts if more than like 5 people in the world could even properly identify the caridina from borneo without super closeup pics of their body parts and way too much...

I think technically buces are barely in their blackwater too mostly crypts and stuff ;o so that might not really be accurate... also I can't find the ...

Re: 2019 AGA Contest is open!

It's an international internet contest, just submit pics... but I don't really scape to have a tank look good by a certain date and then repeat or whatever.

Re: Bog plant?

It sure does look like fontanus but I've only ever bought nobilis, I'm sure it doesn't look like nobilis... I suppose it's always possible it rode in on a piece of buce or something.

Re: Bog plant?

This tiny thing next to Sean's glosso that I was too lazy to plant properly was some moss that came from a flowerpot outside... it originally was seemed like it was just dying slowly and was looking terrible so I threw it out, but a tiny piece I missed turned into this months later and now I hope it...
